Have been hooked on running recently. Still not that good at it but at least it's no longer in my 'hate list'.
That's cause i found a way to keep me running longer and faster. Something to deal with the psychological aspect of running and also effectively tackles my lack of determination and integrity when it comes to exercising.
I should have discovered this method earlier and I would have passed my 2.4 easily. oh well ;/ and no, nothing like bribing myself to a treat of good food after the run, or spending on cosmetics/clothes that top my want list. Easy method that doesn't put a hole in my wallet ;P


Anw, as for the liquid diet i have talked about, i'm planning to postpone it. Have yet to find a cheap and decent juicer, and mum's making lots of noise about me spending money on it.
Plus i'm due to have my braces soon, maybe in 2 weeks time. It would be best to introduce a liquid diet then, though it's more of a must than a choice haha.
Speaking of braces, my follow up consulation is in 4 days time. I think i might need extraction. ): sigh.
