Finally seeing some results from my thigh toning program. Not that significant but I think I now look slightly better in jeans haha.
Hope that sedentary work and less time for exercise wld not make my thighs go back to the actual size again haha.
Anw yesterday was supposed to be the day for extraction and braces. But due to some miscommunication I didn't do it. Scheduled to do it on the 14th though. Scared but excited. Was so frustrated of the braces issue yesterday that I ran 2.4km without even realizing that I did it haha.
Going to aim to exercise at least 30mins everyday, be it mat work or cardio.
